Seaton Carew Golf Club, located in Hartlepool, England, is a historic links course dating back to 1874, making it the tenth oldest in England. Originally a 14-hole course, it was expanded to 18 in 1891. The renowned architect Dr. Alister MacKenzie significantly redesigned the course in the 1920s. Uniquely, the club features 22 holes, allowing for different course configurations, including the Old Course, which is typically the winter layout. The course is known for its sandy soil, dunes, and challenging, well-protected greens. Seaton Carew has hosted numerous amateur events, including the Brabazon Trophy.
