Golf day packages are booked and paid per event, with no ongoing commitment. Club plans are quoted for each club, and the term is agreed as part of that quote.

Yes. The Golf Sherpa app is free on iPhone and Android for every player. It handles live scoring, GPS yardages and course guides, live leaderboards, the event itinerary and round stats, for golf days, society outings, club competitions and casual rounds. Players never pay for it: the organiser, society or club covers the cost.

That's fine. Only one phone per group is needed: one player can keep score for everyone in the group, and the others can play without the app. If a group keeps a paper card, the organiser or match secretary enters it in the console when it comes in, so every player still appears on the leaderboard and in the results.

It can. Every club plan includes a tee sheet with member and guest bookings, and from Engage up it also runs membership, renewals, the members' app and your club website from one console. You tell us about your club, we walk you through a demo and quote the right plan, then our team builds your dashboard, members' app and website alongside your staff. Once it's live, your team works from one console, so there is one system to learn rather than several.

Yes. Clubs run medals, open competitions, series and leagues alongside member competitions, with live scoring and leaderboards on phones and the clubhouse TV. Playing handicaps are worked out per course from each player's Handicap Index, cards go through marker and player sign-off, and handicap score posting is included on every club plan.
