We started with a simple frustration. Golf events, whether a casual trip, society day or corporate outing, were too complicated to organise. Everything was fragmented across spreadsheets, emails, group chats and multiple systems, leaving one person to manage it all.
Venues, clubs and event hosts were facing the same challenge. They had the facilities, demand and expertise to deliver great events, but lacked the systems to manage, promote and scale them.

We set out to simplify events with a platform that helped groups organise golf trips and events more easily, and learned from running them.
Working with venues, clubs and partners, it became clear the problem went beyond the organiser. Venues were struggling to manage, promote and monetise events too.
We delivered our largest event: a Ryder Cup team competition, an overall net competition and three gross classifications in one event. Then we launched to the wider community.
We secured 38 venue partners, delivered group, corporate and charity events, and moved from a package model to a platform for venues, businesses and organisations.
