One setup at the start of the year, then the platform carries the season. You run the golf; the admin runs itself.
Load your members, handicaps and fixture list once. Choose your formats and how your order of merit scores: best six of ten, points for placing, however your society does it.
Every outing gets its own event page. Members join with one link, with meal choices and payment collected as they sign up.
Tee sheets and pairings organised in the platform. Course and slope ratings are applied automatically, so every member has the correct playing handicap for that day.
Scores go in through the app as they play. Leaderboards update in real time, and results are confirmed before you've reached the bar.
The order of merit, eclectics and knockouts update automatically after every outing, and the whole season is archived for next year's committee.
On every outing, each member has the full Golf Sherpa app in their pocket: pairings, tee times and course details preloaded. New members join the society with a simple invite link.
