Billingham Golf Club, nestled in County Durham, England, offers a mature parkland golf experience. Originally conceived in the mid-1960s, the course as it stands today was designed by Frank Pennink and officially opened in 1969. The layout takes advantage of the undulating terrain, providing scenic views across the surrounding Teesside landscape and Cleveland hills. The course is characterised by its tree-lined fairways and incorporates subtle water hazards that add strategic interest to several holes, particularly on the back nine, which is known for its demanding test of golf. While a respected local club, it has not been a venue for Open Championship Qualifying.
