1. Bookings and Payments
• All bookings are made through our website.
• Payment is required at the time of booking.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
✅ Full Refund (90+ days)
Cancellations made 90 days or more before the booking date are eligible for a 100% refund.
⚠️ Partial Refund (90 days to 4 weeks)
Cancellations made between 90 days and 4 weeks before the booking date will result in the loss of any deposit paid.
❌ No Refund (Less than 4 weeks)
Cancellations made less than 4 weeks before the booking date are non-refundable.
3. User Accounts
• Users may create accounts on our website.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.
4. Mobile Application
• Our mobile app provides additional features for managing your golf trips.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the app.
• Intellectual property rights for the app and its content belong to Golf Sherpa LTD.
5. Limitation of Liability
Golf Sherpa LTD is not liable for:
• Issues arising from third-party service providers (e.g., golf courses, accommodations)
• Weather-related cancellations or disruptions
• Any indirect or consequential losses
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes will be resolved in the Scottish courts.
