Be a Sherpa Referral Programme Terms

1. About the Programme

The Be a Sherpa programme rewards individuals and organisations who introduce new golf groups, organisers, venues or customers to Golf Sherpa.

You make the introduction. Golf Sherpa manages the booking, trip, event or customer relationship.

If the referral becomes a qualifying completed booking, you may receive a referral reward.

2. Who Can Take Part

The programme is open to, but not limited to:

• Golf clubs
• Golf professionals
• Society organisers
• Committee members
• Businesses
• Corporate contacts
• Individuals connected to golfers planning a group trip or golf event

There is no fee to join the programme.

3. What Counts as a Valid Referral

A referral is valid only where:

• The referred customer is new to Golf Sherpa.
• The referral is made before the customer contacts or books with Golf Sherpa.
• The referral results in a confirmed group booking, event booking or qualifying customer agreement.
• The booking is fully paid.
• The trip or event takes place.
• The referrer is not the lead organiser of the group unless Golf Sherpa agrees otherwise in writing.
• The referrer does not travel on the trip unless Golf Sherpa agrees otherwise in writing.

Self-referrals and existing client referrals do not qualify.

4. Referral Rewards

Referral rewards are paid per qualifying completed booking, not per golfer.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, rewards are:

• £50 for completed bookings of 6–15 golfers.
• £100 for completed bookings of 16 or more golfers.

Rewards are fixed and non-negotiable unless agreed in writing by Golf Sherpa.

5. How Referrals Are Tracked

Referrals may be tracked through:

• Booking forms
• Confirmation emails
• Direct email introductions
• Referral codes
• Written confirmation from the lead organiser
• Golf Sherpa internal records

If more than one person claims a referral, Golf Sherpa will decide which referral is valid based on the available evidence.

Golf Sherpa’s decision on referral attribution is final.

6. When and How Rewards Are Paid

Referral rewards are paid only after the qualifying booking has been completed and paid in full.

Cancelled, shortened, incomplete or unpaid bookings do not qualify.

Payments are normally made by bank transfer.

Golf Sherpa may request payment details and may require the referrer to issue an invoice where appropriate.

7. No Partnership or Agency Relationship

Participation in the referral programme does not create a partnership, agency, employment, franchise, representative or sales relationship.

Referrers may not:

• Sell Golf Sherpa services on our behalf
• Agree pricing
• Make commitments for Golf Sherpa
• Use Golf Sherpa branding without permission
• Represent themselves as Golf Sherpa staff or agents

All trip planning, pricing, communication and bookings are handled by Golf Sherpa.

8. Limits and Fair Use

There is no limit on the number of qualifying groups you may refer unless Golf Sherpa states otherwise.

Golf Sherpa may refuse or withhold referral rewards where abuse, misrepresentation, manipulation or unfair use of the programme is suspected.

9. Programme Changes or Withdrawal

Golf Sherpa may amend, pause or withdraw the programme at any time.

Any changes will apply to future referrals only.
