We start with your numbers, venue ideas, budget and objectives, then you choose the delivery tier that suits how involved you want to be.
We design the competition format, team structure, prize categories and schedule, then build it all inside the Golf Sherpa platform.
Your branded event portal goes live. Players register, handicaps are verified, tee sheets are organised and final numbers confirmed.
Live scoring runs through the app. Leaderboards update in real time, scoring rules are upheld fairly, and players are supported remotely or on-site.
Final leaderboards exported, category winners confirmed, and your event permanently archived within the platform for future years.
On the day, every golfer has the full Golf Sherpa app in their pocket. Itineraries, pairings and course details are preloaded. Players join using a simple event URL or invite code.
Pricing scales fairly with the support you need and the size of your field, so smaller charity days are never overcharged, and larger events are priced properly for the work involved. Full pricing is shared after a short demo.
