Venue Setup & Event Creation
Your club is configured inside Golf Sherpa with your courses, branding and operational preferences. Events can be created directly by your team, automatically loaded when booked through Sherpa packages, or manually added when enquiries come straight to the venue. Every event flows into one structured system.
Registration & Player Onboarding
Players register through your event portal and are automatically onboarded into the Golf Sherpa app. Handicaps, meal selections, room requests and payments are captured within a single flow, reducing manual admin and improving accuracy.
Competition & Tee Time Management
Inside your dashboard, you allocate tee times, create pairings and configure formats, divisions and prize categories. If the event originated through Golf Sherpa, the structure pre-loads for review. If it came directly to the club, you build it within the same framework.
Event Day Execution
Live scoring runs through the Golf Sherpa app while leaderboards update in real time. Your team retains full visibility and control, with the ability to verify scores, manage updates and activate clubhouse displays.
Results & Ongoing Record
Once the event concludes, final results are confirmed and archived permanently within the platform. Reporting is immediately available, and returning events can be recreated quickly using stored data and templates.
