Weymouth Golf Club, situated in the heart of Weymouth, England, is an 18-hole parkland course with a history dating back to 1909. Designed by the renowned architect James Braid, the course features subtle dog-legs and requires strategic play rather than just length. While not one of the most famous courses in the UK, it is considered a popular gem in Dorset, known for its friendly atmosphere and views of the surrounding countryside and Jurassic Coast. The course has undergone alterations over the years, including changes due to a new bypass. It presents a challenging finish, particularly the 18th hole, which demands an accurate drive to a dog-leg corner.
