The Championship Old Course at Delta Hotels by Marriott St. Pierre Country Club is a renowned parkland course located in Chepstow, Wales. Designed by Charles Kenneth Cotton and later remodeled by European Golf Design (Ross McMurray), the 18-hole, par 72 course measures 7,028 yards from the white tees. It is set within 400 acres of parkland surrounding a 14th-century manor house. The course is known for its mature trees, rolling fairways, strategically placed bunkers, and water hazards, including an 11-acre lake. St. Pierre has a rich history of hosting prestigious tournaments, including the Solheim Cup, Curtis Cup, PGA Welsh Masters, European Tour events, and the British Masters. Notable champions include six past Ryder Cup Captains, Greg Norman, and Seve Ballesteros. The signature 18th hole is a 235-yard par 3 requiring a precise shot over water to a raised green. The facility also offers a driving range, putting green, chipping green, pro shop, golf lessons, and has on-site lodging and restaurants.
