Tynemouth Golf Club, established in 1869, is located near the historic village of Tynemouth in England. Originally a 15-hole course designed by Willie Park Jr. in 1914, it was later extended to 18 holes with the involvement of James Braid and the full 18-hole layout opened in 1952. The course is a parkland layout known for being easy to walk and offering a fair challenge with a variety of hazards. Despite its coastal proximity, it maintains a parkland character. The club celebrated its centenary in 2013. The course record stands at 65. While it hosts various open competitions, there is no readily available information suggesting it has been an Open Qualifying location.
