Hawkstone Park Golf Club (Championship Course)

Hawkstone Park Golf Club, nestled in the stunning English Heritage Grade I listed landscape of Shropshire, offers two 18-hole courses and a 6-hole academy course. The Championship course, originally known as the Windmill course, opened in 1995. It was remodelled by Brian Huggett and is known for its more open layout with water hazards. The club is situated in parkland surrounding the ruins of a medieval castle, with the dramatic cliffs of the 18th Century Follies providing a spectacular backdrop. Hawkstone Park has a rich history and has been home to notable golfers, including Sandy Lyle, who learned the game here.
