Arscott Golf Club, situated near Shrewsbury in Shropshire, England, offers a tranquil parkland golf experience that opened in August 1992. Conceived by farmer Martin Hamer, the course was designed to complement the natural beauty of the Shropshire countryside. It incorporates features of the landscape, including mature trees and water hazards, some of which are remnants of historical mining activity. The 18-hole course plays to a par of 70 and spans approximately 6,200 yards from the white tees, presenting a fair test for a range of abilities. Water plays a significant role on the closing holes, notably the 18th with its pond and strategically placed tree guarding the green. Arscott Golf Club has been a venue for Open Qualifying in the past, adding a notable point to its history. The club maintains a welcoming atmosphere for both members and visitors.
