Cirencester Golf Club (18-Hole Course)

Nestled in the heart of the Cotswolds, Cirencester Golf Club offers a traditional golfing experience on a course with a rich history. Founded in 1893 as Sapperton Park Golf Club, the club moved to its current location and the course was designed by the renowned James Braid, opening in 1910. Many of the holes retain Braid's original character, providing a test of golf with views of the surrounding countryside and the nearby village of Baunton. While largely unchanged, three new holes were incorporated in 1996. The course is built on free-draining limestone, ensuring playability throughout the year. The club has a welcoming atmosphere and offers a range of facilities.
