Peterhead Golf Club, located in Aberdeenshire, Scotland, is the 18th oldest golf club in the world, founded in 1841. Its present-day Old Course, also known as Craigewan Links, was originally laid out as a 9-hole course in 1892 by Willie Park Jr. It was extended to 18 holes in 1908 by Archie Simpson, with later involvement from Tom Simpson on bunkering. The Old Course is a traditional Scottish links course set among sand dunes where the River Ugie meets the North Sea, offering a challenging test with natural contours and coastal winds. It is an 18-hole course with a par of 70. The club welcomes visitors and provides a range of facilities including a pro shop, catering, changing rooms, practice areas including a driving range, putting green, and chipping area, as well as golf lessons, club rental, trolley hire, and golf cart hire.
