Parkland Course in Kelso, Scotland
Kelso Golf Club is an 18-hole, par 71 parkland course located in the Scottish Borders, partially set within Kelso Racecourse. Originally designed by Ben Sayers and re-designed by James Braid in 1930, the mature 18-hole layout opened in 1980. The course is generally flat, making for easy walking, and is known for the quality of its turf, especially the greens. The course measures 6030 yards from the white tees. The clubhouse offers a welcoming lounge and dining area overlooking the course, with food and beverages available. Membership is available with no joining fee, offering benefits like preferential guest rates and access to competitions. Facilities include a pro shop stocking essentials, trolley hire, buggy hire, a small practice area, and a practice putting green.
