SCHLOSS Roxburghe Golf Course ( Championship Golf Course)

SCHLOSS Roxburghe Championship Golf Course is an 18-hole, par-72 parkland course situated within the extensive grounds of the SCHLOSS Roxburghe estate in the Scottish Borders. Designed by internationally renowned golf course architect Dave Thomas and opened in 1997, the course is noted as one of Scotland's finest inland layouts. It winds through woodlands and alongside the River Teviot, featuring dramatic bunkering, large greens, and making use of the natural contours and elevation changes of the landscape. The signature par-5 14th hole, 'the Viaduct,' is particularly picturesque, playing from an elevated tee with the river hugging the left side of the fairway and the famous Roxburgh Viaduct in the background. Visitors are welcome year-round, though a valid handicap certificate from their home club is required.
