Nestled on the border of Sussex and Kent, Sweetwoods Park Golf Club is a parkland course developed in the early 1990s by farmers Peter Strand and Michael Hewson. With no formal architect, the course was routed through an undulating landscape featuring mature woodland, lakes, and streams. Opened in 1994, the layout incorporates unique historical elements, including a Roman road beneath the opening fairways and a former wartime airstrip. The course offers a memorable round with dramatic tee shots and challenging greens, set within the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in England.
