Hever Castle Golf Club, nestled within the historic estate in Kent, England, offers a compelling parkland golf experience with roots tracing back to the 1920s. Initially a private nine-hole layout for the Astor family, the original course provided a recreational and entertaining space within the castle grounds. The present-day 18-hole Championship Course, comprising the Kings and Queens nines, was established in 1992, designed by Dr Peter Nicholson. The course is characterised by its picturesque setting, featuring mature trees and strategically incorporated water hazards that come into play on several holes, notably the challenging stretch from the 11th to the 13th, sometimes referred to as the club's 'Amen Corner'. The layout includes memorable holes such as the long par-5 17th. While the club hosts various amateur and professional events, it has not served as a venue for The Open Championship Regional Qualifying.
