Rishton Golf Club, established in 1927, is a parkland course situated in Lancashire, England. Originally a nine-hole layout, the construction of a motorway in 1982 necessitated changes, with the Alliss Thomas partnership designing new holes to integrate with the existing ones. The course is known for having alternative tees, providing a varied test. While not a widely recognized championship venue or Open Qualifying location, it offers a fair challenge with some interesting holes, including a dog leg right first hole with a second shot over water and a challenging finishing hole with a drive to a narrow landing area followed by a shot over a ditch.
