Redditch Golf Club (The Callow Hill Course)
Parkland/Woodland Course in Redditch, England
Redditch Golf Club, founded in 1913, is set in the Worcestershire countryside. The club relocated to its present Callow Hill site in 1972, where the acclaimed golf course architect Frank Pennink designed the 18-hole layout. Woven through a rolling landscape, the course presents a blend of parkland and woodland characteristics. A notable feature of Pennink's design, two-tier greens, are present throughout the course, with all 18 greens having been relaid to USGA standards in the mid-1990s. The course includes memorable holes, such as the 12th, known as “Rushley Bottom”.
