Knowle Golf Club, situated in Bristol, England, is a mature parkland course with a rich history dating back to its founding in 1905. Initially a 9-hole course on a former racecourse, the club moved to its current location and opened the present 18-hole layout in 1925. The course, designed by John Henry Taylor and Fred G. Hawtree, plays to a par of 70 and measures just over 6,000 yards from the back tees. It features undulating terrain and tree-lined fairways, with the Brislington Brook adding challenge to several holes. The course is known for requiring precision rather than just power. While not consistently ranked in the top echelons of UK courses, it is considered a good test of golf and has hosted various county and professional events over the years. There is no indication that Knowle Golf Club has been a venue for Open Championship Qualifying.
