Hunstanton Golf Club, located in Old Hunstanton, Norfolk, England, is a highly regarded championship links course with a rich history dating back to 1891. Originally designed with nine holes, the course was significantly altered in 1907 by James Braid, who added 40 bunkers. Further changes were made in 1950, particularly to the final two holes. Situated on the beautiful North West Norfolk coast overlooking The Wash, Hunstanton is noted as being the only course on England's east coast where the sun sets over the sea. It is recognized as one of Britain and Ireland's 'Top 100' courses and has a strong tradition of hosting prestigious amateur events, including multiple English Amateurs and Brabazon Trophies. While primarily a members' club, visitors are welcome, and the course provides a true test of links golf.
