Ellesborough Golf Club

Ellesborough Golf Club, established in 1906, is situated in the Chiltern Hills in Buckinghamshire. Originally a 9-hole course designed by Willie Park Jr. Jnr, it was redesigned in 1924 by H.S. Colt and expanded to 18 holes in the early 1930s with the addition of holes designed by James Braid. The course is known for its location on chalk downland, providing good drainage and year-round playability. It offers undulating fairways and greens that are considered challenging but true. Ellesborough has previously hosted British Open Regional Qualifying events.
