Eaton Golf Club, situated on the outskirts of Norwich, is a parkland course with a history dating back to 1910. Originally founded following a public meeting, the course was later extended in 1912 by the accomplished four-time Open champion, John Henry Taylor. Subsequent modifications were made over the years by Sidney Gill and Arthur Havers, the 1923 Open champion, shaping the layout that exists today. The course is known for its tree-lined fairways, placing a premium on accuracy, and offers a varied test with a mix of par 3s, 4s, and 5s. While it has a rich history and is a well-regarded members' club in the region, there is no indication it has served as an Open Championship Qualifying venue.
