Nestled in the Norfolk countryside, Bawburgh Golf Club traces its origins back to 1979 as a 9-hole layout conceived by Alan Barnard and Bert Kelly. The course was later expanded to 18 holes in 1991 under the direction of Alan Barnard. This parkland and heathland course is known for its undulating terrain and offers scenic views across the Yare Valley. The layout presents a good test of golf with a mix of trees and lakes, including a notable finishing hole that demands a precise approach.
