Croham Hurst Golf Club

Established in 1911, Croham Hurst Golf Club is a mature parkland course located in South Croydon, Surrey. Designed by James Braid and Fred Hawtree, the 18-hole, par-71 course spans 6,370 yards from the white tees across gently rolling terrain. The course features tree-lined fairways, challenging bunkers, and undulating greens, demanding accuracy and strategic thinking. The layout rewards precise driving, with key features including the picturesque par-4 seventh and the challenging par-3 sixteenth. Built on chalk, the course drains well, allowing for year-round play. While not a regular Open Qualifying venue, a member of Croham Hurst Golf Club did participate in a qualifying event for the Senior Open in 2023.
