Chevin Golf Club, established in 1894, is situated in the picturesque Derbyshire countryside, offering a blend of parkland and moorland terrain. The initial 9-hole course was designed by William Lowe, with the 18-hole layout formally opened in October 1894 with an exhibition match featuring James Braid and Tom Williamson. The course is known for its undulating fairways and well-maintained greens, providing a challenging yet enjoyable experience with expansive views over the Derwent Valley and the Peak District. While not a well-known Open Qualifying location, the club has a rich history and has hosted county championships.
