Wernddu Golf Club, located in Abergavenny, Wales, is an 18-hole, par 69 parkland course. Opened in 1992, the course was designed by G. Watkins and Alan Ashmead. Ashmead was responsible for the additional nine holes that created the 18-hole course. Situated on a former fruit farm, the course is south-west facing with undulating terrain and offers views of Abergavenny and the Black Mountains. Water hazards come into play on several holes. The club features a driving range, a pro shop, and a clubhouse with a bar and restaurant. They also have a 9-hole pitch and putt course. Wernddu is described as a family-run business known for its friendly atmosphere.
