Wee Braids Golf Course, nestled in the historic Braid Hills of Edinburgh, offers a delightful golfing experience with panoramic views of the city. Established in 2004, the course occupies a portion of the grounds that were once part of the former Braid Hills No 2 course. Designed with input from figures like James Braid and Tommy Armour, this 9-hole, par 33 layout provides an enjoyable challenge for golfers of varying abilities. Measuring around 2390 yards, the parkland course features undulating terrain and is framed by punishing gorse, demanding accuracy from the tee. While it serves as a welcoming introduction for beginners, its layout also provides a quick and engaging test for more seasoned players.
