Portlethen Golf Club
Parkland Course in Aberdeen, Scotland
Portlethen Golf Club is an 18-hole parkland course located in North East Scotland, near Aberdeen. Founded in 1981, the course was designed by architect Donald Steel and opened for play in 1989. The par-72 course features natural elements, notably the Findon Burn which impacts play on several holes, including the signature 15th hole and the challenging 18th. The course is known for its maturing parkland layout with mature broadleaf trees and requires strategic shot placement. Facilities include a driving range, putting green, chipping green, pro shop, restaurant, and changing rooms. The club welcomes visitors and offers different tee options including Black, White, Yellow, and Red tees, providing varying lengths and challenges with different ratings and slopes.
