Luffness New Golf Club, founded in 1894 and designed by Old Tom Morris, is a traditional links course located in East Lothian, Scotland. Situated between Aberlady and Gullane, it offers a challenging yet enjoyable experience with a par of 70 over 18 holes. The course has seen modifications by architects including Willie Park and James Braid. Known for its well-maintained fairways, strategically placed bunkers, and excellent greens, Luffness New provides a classic links test where accuracy is rewarded, especially given the potential for significant wind from the Firth of Forth. The club primarily serves its members but welcomes visitors on most days except Saturdays. The clubhouse offers a traditional and characterful setting with dining facilities.
