Brunston Castle Golf Club

Brunston Castle Golf Course, located in Dailly, Girvan, South Ayrshire, Scotland, is an 18-hole parkland course designed by Donald Steel. Situated in the valley of the River Girvan and surrounded by the picturesque landscape of the Bargany Estate, the course is known for its undulating fairways, excellent greens, and strategically placed water hazards and bunkers. The course is bisected by the River Girvan and features mature trees and clever use of natural contours and ponds. While the club closed in January 2019, information about the course design, layout, and previous facilities is available. The course measures over 6,500 yards from the white tees and has a par of 71 or 72 depending on the tee used. Amenities previously available included a clubhouse, restaurant, bar, pro shop, changing rooms, and rentals for clubs, trolleys, and electro-carts. The resort area also offered lodging and other facilities like a swimming pool and gym.
