Worthing Golf Club (Vardon Course)

Worthing Golf Club, situated on the slopes of the South Downs in England, boasts two 18-hole courses, the Colt and the Vardon. Originally established in 1905 with a course designed by Harry Vardon, the club's layout was significantly redesigned by Harry Colt after the First World War, resulting in the two present-day courses. The Vardon Course, while shorter than the Colt, offers a different challenge with its exposed position on the ridges providing panoramic views of the English Channel. The club has a rich history and welcomes visitors to experience its downland golf. There is no readily available information suggesting the Vardon Course has been used as an Open Qualifying location.
