Woburn Golf Club (Marquess)

The Marquess course at Woburn Golf Club, located in England, opened in 2000. Designed by a collaboration including Peter Alliss and Alex Hay, the course is set within 200 acres of mixed woodland with rolling terrain. Known for its challenging yet fair test of golf, the Marquess has hosted significant professional events, including multiple British Masters tournaments and the Women's British Open in 2016 and 2019. Notably, the Marquess course was also a venue for Final Qualifying for The Open Championship between 2014 and 2017, a testament to its championship pedigree. The course features memorable holes woven through the trees, demanding strategic play.
