The Oxfordshire Golf Club (The Championship Course)
Championship Course in Milton Common, England
Designed by the esteemed American architect Rees Jones, The Championship Course at The Oxfordshire opened for play in 1993. Set within the picturesque countryside of England, the course is known for its strategic layout featuring 135 bunkers and four significant lakes that come into play on several holes. It presents an inland links-style challenge blended with American design principles, characterized by large, undulating greens. The Oxfordshire has a history of hosting significant professional events, including multiple stagings of the Benson & Hedges International Open on the European Tour, the Ladies English Open, and the Brabazon Trophy.
