Stoke By Nayland Golf Club, situated in the picturesque Suffolk countryside on the border with Essex, offers two championship parkland courses, including the Constable. The club was established by Bill and Devora Peake in the 1970s, who diversified their farming land to create a golfing destination. The Constable course, which opened in 1979, is set amongst wooded areas with several natural water hazards and measures 6,544 yards with a par of 72. It has played host to professional championships such as the PGA Europro Tour and the PGA European Senior Tour Championship. The course demands both power and finesse, featuring undulating fairways, strategically placed bunkers, and water hazards.
