Sidmouth Golf Club

Sidmouth Golf Club, established in 1889 and designed by five-time Open Champion John Henry Taylor, is an 18-hole course perched on the clifftops overlooking the Regency town of Sidmouth in Devon, England. The course is characterised by its undulating fairways and offers scenic views of Lyme Bay and the Jurassic Coast. While not a championship venue, the layout presents a test of accuracy and strategic play, with several demanding holes, including challenging par fours and a number of varied par threes. The course makes use of the natural contours of the landscape and features wooded areas, adding to the golfing experience. It is not known to have been an Open Qualifying location.
