Seaford Head Golf Course
Downland/Links Course in Seaford, England
Seaford Head Golf Course, situated on the East Sussex coast, is a historic course dating back to 1887. Originally a 12-hole layout, it was extended to 18 holes in 1889. The course is an undulating downland/links style, carved into the cliffs with significant elevation changes, including a notable drop from the 18th tee. The course offers views of the English Channel, the Seven Sisters cliffs, and the South Downs. While not a widely recognized championship venue, it provides a memorable round with its dramatic scenery and coastal winds influencing play. It has not been noted as a past Open Qualifying location.
