Saltford Golf Club, nestled between the vibrant cities of Bristol and Bath in the West Country, offers a mature parkland golf experience. Founded in 1904, the course has evolved over the years, with early input from the legendary Harry Vardon and significant redesigns, including changes by club professional Leslie Mouland in the 1960s and further alterations in the 1990s to create the present layout. The 18-hole, par-71 course is set within 151 acres of woodland and provides scenic views of the surrounding countryside. It presents a good test of golf with tree-lined fairways and undulating greens. Saltford has a history of hosting National, Regional, and County events.
