Rotherham Golf Club, established in 1903, is a parkland course set in the historic grounds of Thrybergh Park in South Yorkshire, England. Originally a 9-hole layout designed by Open Champion Alex Herd, it was later extended to 18 holes and modified by the renowned architect James Braid. The course, while not exceptionally long at just over 6,300 yards from the back tees, is a par 70 that provides a fair test of golf with rolling, tree-lined fairways and well-maintained greens. The imposing Neo-Gothic clubhouse, built in 1813, adds to the club's historic charm. The course has undergone recent enhancements, including bunker renovations and additions, under the guidance of architect Jonathan Gaunt.
