Roseberry Grange Golf Club, located near Chester-le-Street in County Durham, England, is an 18-hole parkland course established in 1989. Built on the site of the former High Handenhold colliery, the course was initially run by Durham Council before the members took over in 2011. While not exceptionally long on paper, measuring around 6,023 yards from the white tees with a par of 70 or 71 depending on the source, the course's deceptive terrain and strategic hazards provide a good test for various skill levels. The layout features tree-lined fairways, well-placed bunkers, and greens with subtle borrows and elevation changes. The course is known for its challenging layout, including tricky shots into elevated greens. Notably, Roseberry Grange was the venue for the Durham County Scratch Order of Merit in 2010.
