The Richmond Golf Club

The Richmond Golf Club, established in 1891, occupies the historic Sudbrook Park in Petersham, Surrey. Originally designed by Tom Dunn, the parkland course is set within a beautiful landscape bordering Richmond Park. The layout, while not overly long at just over 6,000 yards, presents a test of accuracy with narrow, tree-lined fairways and strategically placed bunkers. The course underwent significant renovation between 2010 and 2012, which included extensive re-bunkering. The club is a private members' club, though visitors and societies are welcomed. While the club has a rich history and hosted notable golfers, the course has not been a venue for Open Championship Qualifying.
