Hounslow Heath Golf Club

Hounslow Heath Golf Centre, situated in West London, offered a public golf experience on historic heathland. Established in 1977 and opened in 1979, the 18-hole course was laid out by architect Fraser Middleton. The terrain, shaped by a past of gravel extraction and landfill, provided a par 69 challenge stretching around 5,900 yards. The course featured a mix of par 3s, 4s, and a single par 5, winding through parts of the heath. Despite its accessible nature and public status, the course saw declining usage in its later years and ultimately closed its doors in 2016.
