Queenwood Golf Club

Queenwood Golf Club, located in Ottershaw, Surrey, England, is a highly exclusive private members' club established in 2001. Designed by David McLay Kidd, the course aimed to return to the heathland traditions of nearby classic courses. The 18-hole, par 72 course is known for its immaculate conditioning, strategic bunkering often featuring heather, and subtly contoured greens. The layout includes two loops of nine holes, starting and finishing at the clubhouse, with gorse planting providing a sense of seclusion on many holes. Queenwood has not historically been a venue for Open Championship Qualifying, but a PGA trainee from the club did participate in a Regional Qualifying event in 2024. The club is renowned for its exceptional practice facilities.
