Patshull Park Hotel, Golf & Country Club features a parkland course set within 250 acres of picturesque grounds in Shropshire, England. The course, designed by John Jacobs and opened in 1979, is known for its tree-lined fairways and the presence of large lakes. The layout presents a mix of holes, with water influencing play on several, notably the par-5 6th and the par-4 13th which requires a tee shot over a lake. Accuracy is often tested by mature trees and strategically placed bunkers. While not consistently ranked among the UK's top courses, it has been recognized in publications such as Golf World's Best 1000 Courses in Britain & Ireland in 2004. The club has previously hosted the Golf Foundation Weetabix Age Group Championships in 2000, an event that saw participation from notable young golfers who later achieved success in professional and amateur ranks.
