About Mendip Spring Golf Club (The Brinsea Course)
Nestled in the picturesque Wrington Vale with views towards the Mendip Hills, Mendip Spring Golf Club offers a 27-hole complex. The Brinsea, the 18-hole championship course, was designed by Terry Murray and opened in 1992, a year after the 9-hole Lakeside course. The Brinsea course was built to a high specification with sand-based USGA greens and features numerous water hazards across 11 acres, fed by natural springs. The course, originally part of Brinsea Farm, has matured into a notable South West venue, having hosted the West Region PGA Championships.
