Lincoln Golf Club, also known as Torksey, is a well-regarded course located near the historic city of Lincoln in England. The club's origins trace back to 1891, with a 9-hole course laid out by Willie Park Jr. In 1903, the club moved to its current location at Torksey, where a new 18-hole course was designed by five-time Open champion John Henry Taylor. The course sits on sandy ground, which was originally open heathland, and efforts are being made to restore this character. Measuring 6,410 yards from the back tees with a par of 71, the course offers a mix of parkland and inland links characteristics. Notable holes include challenging par fours and a signature par three over water. The club has hosted various county and regional fixtures, including the England Golf Reid Trophy in 2022.
