Leamington & County Golf Club, situated in Warwickshire, England, traces its origins back to 1908 when citizens and town councillors sought to establish a new golfing amenity on land at the Shrubland Hall estate. Originally consulted on by Willie Park Jr. Jnr, the layout was ultimately undertaken by the renowned architect Harry Colt, opening officially in May 1909 with an exhibition match featuring Open Champions James Braid and Harry Vardon. The course has since seen redesign work by Hawtree & Son. This parkland course offers gently undulating, tree-lined fairways providing an engaging test for golfers.
